RIDA Technical Services' leadership is currently in Berlin attending The Global EPC Project Management Forum, where senior industry figures are convening to share perspectives on the evolving realities of project delivery.Representing Libya on this international stage, RIDA T.S. had the honour of leading a dedicated session titled: "Delivering EPC Projects in Complex Environments: Leadership, Risk, Procurement & Execution Under Real-World Pressure."The session drew on RIDA T.S.'s hands-on experience navigating EPC delivery challenges, contributing meaningfully to the broader industry conversation on disciplined execution within complex operating environments.Central to the discussion were RIDA T.S.'s four pillars of successful EPC delivery: Leadership & Governance, Risk & Contract Discipline, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Execution Readiness. A key theme throughout was that sustainable project success depends on the integration of these pillars — not the management of each in isolation.Participating in a dedicated global forum of this calibre reflects RIDA T.S.'s ongoing commitment to advancing industry knowledge, sharing Libya-rooted EPC expertise, and contributing practical, experience-driven insight to the international stage.
