A primary focus of the engineering intervention involved the complete overhaul and structural reinforcement of the plant’s chemical storage and heavy fluid handling infrastructure. This required the precise positioning, mechanical securing, and technical integration of large-scale, high-capacity horizontal storage vessels dedicated to industrial acid and process water management.

To support these substantial configurations, our structural engineering team carried out extensive on-site fabrication, heavy-duty welding of structural steel beams, and the reinforcement of elevated access platforms. Given the highly corrosive nature of the chemical processing environment, all structural components were selected, treated, and welded to withstand extreme atmospheric and chemical exposure, thereby ensuring the absolute structural stability of the high-vessel concrete-based platforms and adjacent industrial access networks.

Parallel to these structural reinforcements, our piping specialists managed the precision alignment, technical installation, and rigorous testing of advanced non-corrosive and chemical-resistant piping systems. Working with specialized materials engineered specifically for safe low-pH fluid transport, technicians utilized high-precision leveling instruments, digital alignment tools, and custom jointing techniques to guarantee absolute leak-free connections across all primary distribution lines, mechanical flanges, and automated control valve manifolds. Simultaneously, the plant’s power distribution and electrical control infrastructure underwent a comprehensive modernization. RIDA TS electrical engineers deployed top-tier industrial breaker panels, robust circuit protection mechanisms, and highly structured cable trays to power the plant’s automated systems safely. This complete upgrade significantly minimizes operational downtime risks, improves energy efficiency, and guarantees compliance with the highest international electrical safety codes, confirming RIDA TS’s capability to deliver turnkey industrial engineering solutions under complex operating conditions.
