Sirte Oil Company – Measurement Skid & Control System Upgrade (2010-2011/Brega) Project Scope: RIDA T.S. delivered a transformative upgrade to the measurement skid for Sirte Oil Company. The scope included the installation of five cutting-edge ultrasonic flow meters integrated with a state-of-the-art control and supervisory system. This project involved: Complete redesign and installation of piping and valves to accommodate the new Design, supply, and commissioning of control cabinets featuring advanced SCADA and flow computing systems. Execution of 60m of piping activities, including NDT, blasting, and painting, ensuring compliance with international standards. Impact: This project redefined precision and reliability in fluid measurement, establishing RIDA T.S. as a leader in advanced metering solutions for the oil and gas industry.

Harouge Oil Operations – Chemical Injection Skid Supply (2019-2020/Amal Oil Field) Project Scope: RIDA T.S., in collaboration with Milton Roy, designed, manufactured, and supplied a corrosion inhibitor injection skid for Harouge Oil Operations. This system plays a crucial role in preventing corrosion and extending the lifespan of field equipment. This turnkey solution includes: Complete skid system design and manufacturing tailored to field Rigorous testing to ensure optimal performance before Fully assembled and ready-for-operation delivery, minimizing installation time. Impact: By delivering a highly reliable corrosion protection solution, RIDA T.S. enhanced the integrity and longevity of Harouge Oil Operations’ field equipment, reinforcing its expertise in precision-engineered chemical injection systems for the oil and gas sector.

Azzawia Refining Company – Upgrade of Fuel Gas Control System (2019-2020/Azzawia Refining Plant) Project Scope: RIDA T.S. successfully upgraded the fuel gas control system at Azzawia Refining Plant, enhancing operational efficiency and system reliability. The project involved modernizing control infrastructure, integrating advanced flow measurement, and executing civil, electrical, and control system modifications. This project involved: Installation of new control cabinets, gas flow meters, and control valves to optimize fuel gas management. Extensive civil and electrical works, including piping modifications, cable laying, and tray installation. Design and installation of two access platforms to improve operational Full pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup, ensuring a seamless transition to the upgraded system. Impact: This upgrade improved system control, accuracy, and safety, reinforcing RIDA T.S.’s position as a leader in control system modernization for the oil and gas industry.

General Electricity Company (GECOL) – Gas Turbines & Generators Overhauling (2020/Western Mountain Power Plant) Project Scope: RIDA T.S. undertook a comprehensive inspection and major overhauling of gas turbines and generators at the Western Mountain Power Plant (WMPP) for General Electricity Company (GECOL). The project required specialized expertise in turbine maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This project involved: Major inspection and overhauling of gas turbines and Replacement of critical components, following industry-approved Balance of Plant (BOP) maintenance, including a full inspection and Project duration: 4 months, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum Impact: By executing a highly technical overhaul, RIDA T.S. played a key role in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the power plant, contributing to GECOL’s mission of ensuring stable power generation across Libya.
